You've built a successful real estate business. You understand what it takes to generate opportunities, follow up, convert, and close. Now you may be ready to use that experience to help other agents succeed while continuing to grow your own production.

Arium Real Estate is looking for experienced, full-time Florida real estate agents who are ready to take on meaningful leadership responsibility.

As an Arium Team Leader, you'll lead and develop agents within our Flex Team model while continuing to maintain your own real estate production.

This isn't a role where you simply manage from the sidelines. You'll lead by example, coach agents through real-world challenges, reinforce strong business habits, and help create an environment where agents can grow.

Coach Develop: Help agents strengthen their skills, improve their business-building activities, and grow their production through practical coaching and development.

Lead Opportunities Conversion: Help agents make the most of multiple lead sources, including Zillow opportunities, by reinforcing strong response habits, consistent follow-up, and effective conversion skills.

Accountability Performance: Set clear expectations, monitor performance, recognize wins, identify opportunities for improvement, and have direct conversations when expectations aren't being met.

Lead by Example: Maintain your own personal production while demonstrating the habits, professionalism, and consistency you expect from your team.

Build Team Culture: Create an environment of collaboration, accountability, learning, and growth where agents support one another and take ownership of their businesses.

Recognize Talent: Recognize potential talent in the market and make introductions when appropriate.

Communicate Collaborate: Work closely with Arium leadership to communicate team performance, challenges, opportunities, and support needs.

Leadership doesn't mean doing everything yourself. Arium provides the systems and resources to support both you and the agents you lead.

Coaching Training: Ongoing development and practical training for agents and leaders.

Technology Systems: Tools to help manage pipelines, track activity, follow up consistently, and make informed business decisions.

Broker Transaction Support: Accessible broker support, Contract-to-Close assistance, and administrative resources that allow agents to stay focused on their customers and production.

A Culture of Learning: Education is part of who we are. Arium operates its own in-house real estate school and has built a culture where agents are encouraged to keep learning, growing, and adapting.

A Growing Florida Brokerage: Be part of an independent Florida brokerage that's growing while remaining focused on agent development, collaboration, and support.

1. Hold an active Florida real estate license.
2. Have 2+ years of residential real estate experience with consistent personal production.
3. Treat real estate as a full-time business.
4. Enjoy helping other agents improve and succeed.
5. Want to remain personally productive while taking on meaningful leadership responsibility.
6. Can coach without controlling and are comfortable holding people accountable.
7. Are willing to have direct conversations when expectations aren't being met.
8. Understand the importance of quick response, consistent follow-up, and lead conversion.
9. Use technology and systems to help drive performance.
10. Are coachable yourself and open to feedback and continued development.
11. Get genuine satisfaction from seeing the people you lead succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $70,000-$200,000+ per year, commission-based

Schedule: Self-determined
