Finance Analyst

Supporting the FP&A team, the full-time remote Finance Analyst will manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare monthly financial reports, and conduct variance analysis to enhance decision-making and profitability. Key responsibilities Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process Prepare monthly financial reporting, including commentary and recommendations for leadership Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget/forecast and recommending corrective actions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 2+ years of progressive responsibility in financial analysis Experience performing variance analysis and presenting insights to leadership Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Solid financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency
