Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager – Data & AI at SmithRx, you will lead the product strategy and execution for the core platform capabilities that leverage data, analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI to power automation, intelligence, and faster decision‑making across our ecosystem. This includes developing a deep understanding of product and usage analytics to inform data‑driven decisioning, and supporting solutions that span integrations, adjudication, core data and reporting systems intelligence. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re excited about solving complex problems with data and have experience in health‑tech, pharmacy benefits management, and/or related domains. What you will do Integrations, Adjudication & Core Data Systems Intelligence: Lead data and reporting foundations/readiness, and AI‑based solutions, partnering closely with the Platform Integrations & Adjudications PM team. Product Analytics & Experimentation Execution: Implement the product analytics framework within the Integration, Adjudication and Core Data systems experiences; own tagging and data collection requirements; lead/administer A/B testing experiments, measurements and readouts; support the ROI model that guides investment decisions. AI / ML: Partner with the PM team to drive the identification, discovery, delivery and testing of new AI‑based solutions within the Integrations, Adjudication & Core Data Systems Intelligence Platform product area. Data Quality Execution: Drive prioritization, triage and remediation workflows for data quality issues, aligned with our enterprise‑level Data Quality governance standards. Pre‑Launch Data & Sales Proposal: Own requirements and execution for pre‑launch claims ingestion, automation/self‑service ingestion workflows, and the data components powering the SmithRx Sales Proposal Engine. Invoicing Execution & Next‑Gen SmithRx Invoicing: Own and prioritize invoicing enhancements and defects. Lead requirements and cross‑functional delivery for our new invoicing workflows, driving the long‑term EDW + ERP invoicing redesign. Salesforce Data Modeling & Sync: Own product requirements, data modeling, field mapping, and integration workflows across Platform Salesforce EDW to ensure scalable and accurate data availability. What you will bring to SmithRx 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data‑centric or AI‑driven products. Experience in health‑tech, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare data environments strongly preferred. Proven success launching products that leverage data science, ML, or advanced reporting and analytics. Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with engineers and data analysts. Experience with complex systems, integrations, and healthcare datasets. Experience navigating complex, high‑dependency technical ecosystems with multiple intersecting data domains is highly preferred. Comfortable managing the downstream impacts of data changes in a tightly coupled architecture. Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to clearly translate between business and technical audiences. Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments with a strong sense of ownership. Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
