Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a combined adult and pediatric emergency department across all zones
• Manage a diverse patient population including STEMI, stroke, sprains, sutures, and high-acuity cases
• Administer and monitor drips including routine vasopressors, insulin, and sedation
• Maintain patient ratios of 4:1, with flexibility during peak census periods
• Work scheduled shifts of 3p–3a with flexibility to cover 7p–7a as needed
• Fulfill weekend commitment of 6 shifts per 6-week schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
• Experience with both adult and pediatric emergency patients required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
• Experience managing high-acuity patients including STEMI and stroke protocols
