Youth Housing & Independent Living Team Lead

Samaritas in Royal Oak, Michigan is seeking a Team Lead for Independent Living Plus (ILP) to mentor youth aging out of foster care and lead staff in the ILP home. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate services, attend court hearings, and ensure program compliance and safety. A Bachelor's in Social Work or related field is preferred; 1+ year in child welfare is desirable. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 8:30am–5pm schedule and an on-call rotation; a valid driver's license is #J-18808-Ljbffr Samaritas
