Transcriptionist

Role Description

ADF Medical is hiring accurate, focused, and self-motivated Remote Transcriptionists to convert medical audio recordings into written documents. You will listen to recorded dictations from physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals and produce clear, accurate written reports — all from the comfort of your home. If you have sharp listening skills, fast typing fingers, and a keen eye for detail, this role is a perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and transcribe audio recordings from medical professionals accurately
• Convert voice dictations into medical reports, patient notes, and clinical documents
• Review and proofread transcribed documents for grammar, spelling, and accuracy
• Ensure all documents meet ADF Medical formatting and quality standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Meet daily and weekly transcription targets and deadlines
• Flag unclear or inaudible recordings for review
• Organize and submit completed transcriptions through our internal system
