Front Desk Executive

Overview We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our growing immigration services team [Candidates with 1-2 Yr experience will only be considered ] Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients visiting the office Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Schedule and manage appointments efficiently Collect, organize, and maintain client documents Coordinate with legal, sales, and processing teams Maintain visitor records and front office operations Ensure smooth and professional client communication Qualifications Professional and polite behaviour Basic computer and email proficiency Organizational and multitasking abilities If you are passionate about client interaction and administrative coordination, we would love to connect with you.
