About Us
Tint Heaven VA is Hampton Roads' destination for window tint, vinyl wraps, PPF, ceramic coatings, and automotive customization. We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to become the face of our business.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and helping drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Create estimates and invoices
- Follow up with leads and customers
- Manage customer check-in/check-out process
- Maintain CRM and customer records
- Support social media and marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable attendance
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service or sales experience
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
