Forklift Operator

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour Job description: Forklift Operator Day Shift, Night Shift & Weekend Shifts available! Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our client in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal Forklift Operator will have at least two years of recent sit-down forklift experience, a strong safety record, and the flexibility to work overtime as needed. Experience operating double forks is a plus. Job Duties Operate a sit-down forklift to safely load and unload trailers. Safely transport palletized products throughout the warehouse. Stock products at multiple pallet heights while maintaining accuracy. Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory. Use RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Assist with daily shipping operations, including product inspection, packaging, and outbound shipments. Conduct cycle counts and inventory reviews to ensure inventory accuracy. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies as a Forklift Operator. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Forklift Operator operating a sit-down forklift. Double fork experience is preferred but not required. Proven record of dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a 12-hour shift. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting production goals. Must be a reliable Forklift Operator with a commitment to workplace safety.
