Urologist Opportunity

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking to employ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team, in one of the fastest growing areas of United States, Winter Haven, Florida.

Opportunity Highlights:

Established referral base - 130+ employed clinicians
4 Urologists & 4 APPs
Moving to Uro Hospitalist model, no emergent/inpatient call
Aquablation, Da Vinci Xi
Engaging and supportive leadership, local, regional & beyond
DAX AI scribe tool
Part of the largest faith-based health system in Florida, providing whole-person care

Who We're Looking For:

Board Certified / Eligible Urology
New grad + fellows welcomed
Team-player excited to grow urological service line

Compensation & Benefits:
