Product Specialist 2

Summary:

· We’re in search of a Product Specialist. The main function of a product specialist is to be the subject matter expert on a product through its development. The typical product specialist will provide technical advice to customers concerning their product.

Job Title: Product Specialist 2

Location: Plano TX 75023

Duration: 12+ Month contract with possibility of extension

Status: (Fully onsite (Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM))

 

Korean Bilingual preferred - not required

Position:
Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor

· Determine models missing from STG

· Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.

Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG

· Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion

Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred

·2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field

Skills required:

· Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the client Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.

· Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.

· Development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.

 

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $30 to $34/hour
