As a Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eric Silvers - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. - Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
