The Kensington in Cumberland, MD, part of Agemark Senior Living, is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Worker to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming. What You’ll Do Complete Repairs: Respond to maintenance requests and assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems. Prepare Apartments: Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and ready for move-ins. Maintain a Safe Community: Assist with inspections, preventive maintenance, emergencies, and safety requirements. Support the Team: Work with contractors and team members to keep the community running smoothly. Help Where Needed: Provide a friendly, helpful presence for residents, families, and staff. What You’ll Bring Previous maintenance, repair, or related experience. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other building systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A dependable, approachable attitude and willingness to work with seniors. Flexibility to assist with occasional evening or weekend needs.
