Responsibilities Act as a Customer Service Superstar – greet customers, answer questions, and create a great experience. Serve as a Team Player – maintain a friendly and inviting environment for employees and guests. Master Trainer – train all store employees on food service procedures and safety. Business Savvy – increase sales and profits for the food service program. Create a friendly and positive work environment for employees. Maintain Serv Safe Certification. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Must be able to reach, stand, and move about for at least 12 hours at a time. Must be able to use a ladder and lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. or more. Must have basic math and computer skills.
