Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery according to procedures and guidelines. Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure material on the machine. Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and within specified timeframes. Work under general supervision or with a lead person. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of CNC machinery and laser cutting technology. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is a plus but not required. Compensation The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $18.00 and $23.00 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; final offers are based on factors such as skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons.
