Key Sales Associate As a Key Sales Associate, you will engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience. You may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. You will be expected to meet individual and team sales goals. Job Requirements One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required. Compensation & Benefits Base pay, $17.25 – $18.10 plus commission on sales.
