You will contact members across consumer, real estate and recovery accounts, applying approved collection strategies while delivering high-quality member service. This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in high-volume auto finance or unsecured collections, with FDCPA knowledge and strong negotiation and Excel/Word skills.
