Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Coordination Lead to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation program. This role will work closely with Program Directors and implementation stakeholders to drive coordination, execution discipline, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery readiness across multiple work streams. This is not a standalone implementation leadership role. Instead, the successful candidate will operate as an extension of the program leadership team, ensuring alignment across functional, technical, data, integration, testing, reporting, security, and change management teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP implementation experience, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud, and thrive in a fast-paced enterprise transformation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Cross-Functional CoordinationProgram Execution & GovernanceRisk, Issue & Dependency ManagementMeeting Facilitation & Stakeholder CommunicationStatus ReportingTesting, Cutover & ReadinessImplementation Partner ManagementRequired Qualifications7+ years of Project Management or Program Coordination experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations.Experience coordinating large ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud.Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, and program reporting.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Preferred QualificationsOracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.Experience supporting enterprise transformation, finance, HR, supply chain, or ERP modernization initiatives.Familiarity with testing, cutover, change management, and go-live readiness activities.Success FactorsThe successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving execution across multiple teams.
