RN Case Manager: Discharge & Care Coordination

RIH Rhode Island Hospital

Brown University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island Hospital to coordinate care and expedite patient services. The role spans from admission through discharge, with involvement in rounds and collaboration across the care team to optimize resource use.
