Job Title Production Manager - 3 Step Location Nampa Branch 1217 2nd St S Nampa, ID 83651, USA Benefits Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(K) retirement plan Educational assistance Life insurance Long‑term disability insurance Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop an effective Retail Banking team through sound hiring and retention practices. Under the direction of the Area Retail Banking Manager, supervise, train, and coach retail banking Senior Personal Bankers, Personal Bankers and Tellers in personal development, sales training, customer service, and goal achievement. Use a CRM tool to develop a strategy for satisfactory production levels with a proactive, systematic, and organized approach to business development, customer prospecting, and relationship management. Participate in inbound and retention calling programs to retain and expand existing customer relationships and acquire new relationships. Develop strategies for acquiring new and expanding existing personal and business deposit accounts and services, consumer loans and real estate loans. Deliver in‑depth retail banking product and service training to the production team and general retail banking product and service training to peers within the bank. Participate in personal and team community representation. Develop and maintain relationships with internal business lines for successful referrals of products and services. Represent and promote the bank professionally in the community and community events. Ensure team compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, practices, and procedures. Other duties as assigned by the Area Retail Banking Manager. Supervisory Responsibilities Training Coaching to performance standards Performance tracking Addressing complaints and performance issues Resolving problems Qualifications Required 3 years of experience in Retail Banking. Qualifications Preferred Associate’s degree in business or higher. Five (5) years of experience in Retail Banking. One (1) year of management, supervisor, or team lead experience strongly preferred. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to operate computer applications and basic business equipment. Travel for branch or department visits and business development (valid driver’s license required). Knowledge Knowledge of retail banking including deposit product accounts and services, consumer lending, and real estate lending. Knowledge of effective supervisory principles. Knowledge of effective principles and methods for promoting and selling bank products and services. Knowledge of effective principles and methods for training and development of team members. Skills Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team with enthusiasm for job duties. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop internal and external business relationships. Effective written and verbal communication. Understanding of written information in work‑related documents. Use of logic and reasoning to identify and evaluate problems and analyze information to develop and propose appropriate solutions. Consideration of impact to bank and all concerned when making decisions. Motivating, developing, and directing others. Training and teaching others. Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments and manage time effectively. Ability to compile, calculate, audit, and verify information. Computer skills at a level commensurate with essential job functions. Abilities Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. Ability to understand and communicate information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences in a way that is understood by others. Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Ability in being exact or highly accurate, which requires being detailed and thorough in completing work tasks. Ability to provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including coaching to performance standards and monitoring performance. Highly motivated and self‑starting. Ability to work independently while simultaneously working well with others in the Retail Banking Department and throughout the bank. Ability to embrace change and adapt accordingly. Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
