Senior Sales Executive (Account Executive)

At Global Executive, we are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Account Executive) for one of our key clients, Solera, a global leader in technology solutions for the insurance and automotive industries. This role will be responsible for driving business growth within the U.S. insurance market, managing strategic accounts while generating new business opportunities in a highly competitive landscape. The position requires a strong consultative sales approach, long-term relationship building, and the ability to expand market share against well-established competitors. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the insurance industry, a strong understanding of the claims ecosystem, and an active network that enables success in complex enterprise sales cycles. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned accounts within the U.S. P&C insurance sector Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 80 accounts, balancing account management with new business development (hunting) Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and operational stakeholders Identify commercial opportunities based on contract cycles and competitive positioning Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline with long sales cycles (1–2 years) Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs Lead negotiations and close high-value deals Maintain disciplined use of Salesforce, ensuring all activities (meetings, calls, emails, next steps) are accurately tracked Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, strategy) to strengthen value propositions and competitive positioning Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Executive
