Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and resolve incidents related to desktop devices, including hardware and software support. Candidates will also optimize and maintain configurations and security compliance for all desktop devices. The ideal applicant will have experience with ServiceNow, expertise in EUC tools, and should hold an associate degree in electronics, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.
