Sales Representative – Ontario, Ohio

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (schedule may vary)
Compensation: $40,000/year + Commission

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping customers find the right products and solutions.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with strong communication and follow-up skills. Previous sales experience is required. Healthcare or laboratory sales experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Present and promote products and services to prospective customers
• Follow up with leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Work toward individual and company sales goals
• Contribute to customer growth and overall business development
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records
• Learn and stay knowledgeable about products and technical information
• Represent the company professionally with customers and business partners
• Collaborate with internal team members to provide a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required
• Healthcare or laboratory sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to learn technical product information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
