The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) , established in 1969, is a premier institution dedicated to advancing the field of aviation maintenance through exceptional education and training. With 15 campuses nationwide, AIM is a cornerstone in the aviation industry, accounting for 20% of all students attending FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) schools across the country. At Aviation Institute of Maintenance , our Admissions Representatives (also known as Admissions Advisors or Enrollment Advisors ) do more than enroll students-they help people change the course of their lives. Using your consultative sales , customer service , and relationship-building skills, you'll help students explore their options, overcome obstacles, and confidently take the next step toward a new career.

What You'll Do

This is a high-energy, high-impact role. You'll own the full student journey - from the very first phone call to enrollment day - and you'll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals.

• Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings - and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction
• Assess each student's goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best
• Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment
• Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs - outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios - because you hold yourself to a high standard
• Follow up with persistence and care - life gets in the way for students; you don't let a good fit slip through the cracks
• Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM OR 10 AM - 7 PM
• Fridays 9am-5pm
• Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events
