Automotive Service Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Dealership: Berman CDJR Oak Lawn Job Title: Service Advisor Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Saturday. (Sundays & Weekday off) Pay: $100,000+ annually - Commission position
Experience required CDJR experience is preferred, but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs
- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders
- Collaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Dealership Service Advisor experience, required
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license (3 yr min)
