Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings required.
• Strong clinical skills and prior experience treating geriatric populations, including residents in memory care and personal care settings.
• Familiarity with NetHealth EMR preferred.
• Clinical experience supervising or collaborating with PTAs preferred.
• Ability to provide a minimum of 35 hours per week guaranteed for the assignment.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility within a senior living community that includes personal care and memory care.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
• Candidate Requirements: Strong PT or PTA with SNF experience.
