**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional wellness.
- Administer prescribed medications following the healthcare provider's instructions.
- Monitor and report changes in health status or behavior to family members and healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist with mobility and engage clients in activities and exercises as recommended by healthcare professionals.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided and any significant events or changes in the client's condition.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and a great listener.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and perform household tasks.
