THE POSITION

Location: Mountain Lake, MN (56159) Hours: Days Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts Client Specifics: 6 year old with a g-tube & IV Location: Mountain Lake, MN (56159) Hours: Days Saturday & Sundays 12-hour shifts Overnights Every other Wednesday & Saturday 12-hour shifts Client Specifics: 9 year old with a g-tube & BiPAP Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
