Workathome Data Maintenance Specialist

In this role, the Remote Data Entry Specialist, where you will follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, and handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks. Additional duties include adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, coordinate with other departments when needed, manage simple records and enter information accurately, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
