We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in responding to water damage emergencies and helping restore residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Respond to water damage and mitigation emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and cleanup procedures.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Remove damaged materials and assist with basic demolition when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency responses.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Must be trustworthy and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Willingness to work on-call after hours and during weekends as needed.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, or a related field is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
