Senior Project ManagerAustin, Texas, United StatesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management.10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects exceeding $50 million in value.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures.Review, monitor, and coordinate the approval of shop drawings and submittals.Develop schedules of values and secure billing approvals from the architect or owner.Collaborate with the onsite Superintendent to ensure project compliance with contract requirements.Lead the companys Quality Control Program throughout the project.Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and oversee adjustments to the cost control budget.Prepare and track all necessary reports and logs for the project.Organize and participate in project meetings and final walkthroughs.Supervise staff, set performance goals, provide feedback, and manage on-the-job training and development.Ensure regular attendance on the worksite.Perform additional duties as required.
