Procurement Coordinator

Project Procurement CoordinatorWe are seeking a Project Procurement Coordinator for our Project Management team and help support the successful execution of multiple projects through procurement coordination, supplier management, material tracking, and project administration. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between suppliers, project teams, engineering, logistics, finance, and global offices to help ensure materials, documentation, and project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.What You Will DoManage supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and supplier onboarding processesConduct market pricing research, compare quotations, and perform commercial evaluationsPrepare and distribute RFQs, material requests, and purchase ordersTrack and reconcile procurement costs within SytelineNegotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliersExpedite purchase orders, track materials, and follow up on deliveriesAssist with the coordination of domestic and international shipmentsPartner with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and onboarding documentation requirementsSupport global procurement activities across international offices and supplier networksMaintain procurement records and supporting documentationAssist with preparing, submitting, and tracking project submittalsCoordinate supplier documentation, drawings, manuals, and technical recordsProvide material status reporting and procurement updates to project teamsCollaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to support project executionSupport project schedules through procurement planning and follow-up activitiesParticipate in project meetings and coordinate action itemsRetrieve and analyze ERP reports related to purchasing, orders, suppliers, and invoicingIdentify and escalate material, schedule, and procurement risksSupport project closeout documentation and records managementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO 9001 quality standardsPerform other duties as assignedPosition DetailsTravel for training and/or to vendor facilities, less than 10% annuallyMinimum QualificationsStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing deadlinesStrong problem-solving and coordination abilitiesAbility to build professional relationships across departments and supplier networksAbility to manage multiple concurrent email communications, including follow-up, tracking, and coordination of action itemsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelAbility to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry-related documentsPreferred QualificationsMechanical or technical aptitude with water treatment equipmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university2–5 years of relevant experienceExperience coordinating multiple tasks concurrentlyExperience supporting procurement, supplier management, project coordination, or related business functionsExperience working with ERP systems, including SytelineFamiliarity with domestic and international supplier and logistics coordinationCareers Advancing Ovivo by Ecolab's Water Technology SolutionsHelp shape the future of water and technology by joining a team that drives innovation in ultrapure water solutions —critical to industries powering global progress.
