Personal Care Aide (PCA) Opportunity at Quality Life Services - Grove City

Quality Life Services in Grove City is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to work as a Personal Care Aide. As a Personal Care Aide , you will be working in our Personal Care location and have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults. PCAs will be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.


A high school diploma or GED is required

Personal Care Aides have the option to get FREE Med Tech training! Earn a promotion and more money through our Med Tech classes and training!

Here is what a day in the life of a Personal Care Aide looks like:

• Assisting residents with ADL's as needed
• Passing medications
• Shower/bath residents as scheduled or needed
• Make resident beds
• Charting as needed Providing resident activities as scheduled
• Communicate any concerns with next shift or PC Administrator Identify all safety hazards and emergency situations
