This role will help drive customer acquisition, improve website performance, and support digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of D2C marketing, eCommerce, and Shopify, who wants to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth marketing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in executing performance marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and website promotionsSupport updates and edits to the Shopify website, including product pages, landing pages, and promotional bannersHelp manage and coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns on echelonfit.comWork closely with creative and marketing teams to update digital assets and landing pagesMonitor website content to ensure promotions, messaging, and pricing are accurateAssist with campaign reporting and performance trackingSupport A/B testing initiatives to improve website conversion ratesCoordinate with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams on campaign executionQualifications:1–3 years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerceBasic understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing and customer acquisition funnelsExperience working with Shopify (product updates, page edits, promotions)Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as KlaviyoStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPreferred Experience:Experience supporting paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testingExperience working with consumer brands or fitness/wellness companiesBasic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Shopify reportingWhy Join Echelon:Work with one of the fastest-growing brands in connected fitnessGains hands-on experience in performance marketing and eCommerce growthWork closely with senior marketing leadership and high-impact campaignsBe part of a company launching innovative fitness technology worldwideBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Google Analytics: 1 year (Required)Shopify: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
