This role is responsible for resolving routine technical issues involving desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and eager to learn while providing excellent on-site service to clinical and administrative staff.Essential Functions:Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheralsRespond to and resolve basic service requests and incidents from end usersTroubleshoot and repair routine network connectivity and cabling issuesInstall, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and standard applications (Windows, Microsoft 365, etc.)Support printing, scanning, and troubleshoot hardware performance and functionality issuesDocument all work performed, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, in the IT service management systemEscalate unresolved or complex issues to the Level II team when appropriateAssist with the setup and deployment of new equipment for clinics and officesTravel regularly to care centers across Pennsylvania and New Jersey to provide on-site supportPerform other duties as assigned.Skills:Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skillsBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to follow instructions, document steps, and work as part of a teamOrganized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tickets or requestsComfortable working in clinical environments and supporting non-technical usersTechnical experience with:Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 SuiteBasic network connectivity and cabling knowledgePrinter and scanner setup and troubleshootingFamiliarity with IT ticketing or service management toolsEducation & Experience:Education: Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field; equivalent technical training or experience may be considered1–2 years of technical support or help desk experience preferredExposure to healthcare IT or electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athenahealth, etc.)Familiarity with ITIL principles or IT service desk operationsCertifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferredThe estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
