Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Computer Operations in Fredericksburg, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document activities using computer or tablet tools. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Fri04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Sat04:00 PM - 12:30 AM Sun04:00 PM - 12:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify authorized access in accordance with facility policies; and assist with visitor directions and general information. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
