Senior Manager, Product Management - Applied Omics

Senior Manager overseeing product management for an applied omics portfolio spanning reproductive health, agriculture, and human health. Leads a team of product managers while managing strategy, lifecycle, and commercialization across genomics and emerging omics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop product management team with clear priorities and accountability
• Develop and own multi-year applied omics strategy across reproductive health, agriculture, and human applications
• Set integrated roadmaps for instruments, software, applications, and workflows across omics modalities
• Own product lifecycle management including pricing, forecasting, profitability, and end-of-life planning
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, and Commercial teams to execute market priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific field (molecular biology, genetics, bioengineering, biochemistry preferred)
• 7+ years product management experience in life sciences, omics, or biotechnology with portfolio responsibility
• Direct people-management experience leading and developing product managers
• Experience managing product lifecycle strategy, pricing, forecasting, and operations collaboration
• Knowledge of microarray and NGS technologies; genomics or omics field experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling, business acumen, and competitive analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and influence cross-functional teams

Compensation: $143,000–$232,600 base
