Job Description

The Retail Store Manager oversees the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage inventory, and a focus on creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and staff activities
Lead, train, and motivate store employees
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
Achieve sales goals and manage budgets
Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
