• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in infection control measures and follow standard precautions to prevent the spread of illnesses

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
