Position Overview

We're seeking Paint Booth Operators to support the finishing and coating of fabricated metal products. This role is responsible for preparing parts, operating paint and powder coating equipment, performing color changeovers, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with powder coating, industrial painting, paint booth, sandblasting, or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for painting and powder coating
• Sand, clean, and prep surfaces prior to coating
• Hang and rack parts for the paint process
• Operate paint booth and powder coating equipment
• Perform color changeovers and clean equipment between runs
• Inspect finished products for proper coverage and quality
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
