C/S Office Associate

This position works at the DPC Admissions desk on varied shifts in a 24-hour, 7-day operation, including a rotating schedule of every other weekend and holiday as required. Responsibilities include monitoring DTRN for referrals, processing and updating referral statuses, and providing customer service to visitors. The role routes incoming calls, manages visitor logs and keys, and completes client registration in the electronic medical record. Additional duties include completing and uploading required admission forms, inventorying client belongings, and routing items appropriately. Maintains confidentiality procedures and HIPAA compliance.
