Technician

The Technician operates, monitors, and troubleshoots milling equipment in a production environment to ensure safe, efficient operations that consistently meet quality and output standards. This role performs routine inspections, makes minor equipment adjustments, and coordinates maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain a steady product flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling and related production equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance, product flow, and process parameters to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and take appropriate corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Perform routine equipment inspections to identify potential problems before they impact production.
• Make minor mechanical adjustments to machines to optimize performance and maintain proper operation.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule and support maintenance activities that reduce downtime.
• Carry out manual labor tasks as needed to support production, including material handling and basic cleaning.
• Follow quality procedures, document production activities accurately, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and housekeeping standards in a food production environment.

This role is based in a non-climate-controlled food production facility, where you will work around milling and other production equipment in an active manufacturing setting. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with the possibility of overtime depending on production needs. You will work on your feet for much of the shift and handle materials and equipment in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety, cleanliness, and consistent product quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hennessey, OK. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. This is a fully onsite position in Hennessey, OK. This position is anticipated to close on Aug 2, 2026.
