Quality Control Inspector

Randstad is in need of an experienced Quality Control Inspector for a Client site off of Clements Ferry Road in Charleston SC.  This is a 1st shift; 6a-2p; M-F; $19.31/hr; temp to hire.  Must have previous warehouse experience and at least 6months-1 year of specific Quality Control experience.  This role is physically demanding and the ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stand and squat continuous.  Must be able to clear a criminal background check and a 10 panel urine drug screen.  For consideration, you must attach an updated resume.

Responsibilities

Monitors quality checks/verifications of incoming/outgoing product on a routine basis.

 Monitors quality of incoming/outgoing product per detailed procedures.
 Coordinates work priorities with DC operations.
 Documents any quality findings per the detailed procedures.
 Keeps product flow through the DC on time.
 Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
