Position School Bus Driver (Part-Time) – Olathe, Kansas Compensation & Bonuses Salary: $26.00–$32.50 per hour based on experience. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for CDL drivers; up to $2,000 for non‑CDL applicants. Plus paid CDL training. Schedule Morning and afternoon routes. No nights, no weekends, no major holidays. Summers off. Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school. Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections. Conduct required child safety checks. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant vehicle. Follow established routes and schedules. Provide exceptional service to students, parents, and school staff. Help ensure students arrive safely every day. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check. CDL Class B with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements preferred. No CDL? Pass paid training; compensation during training.
