Strategic Commercial Counsel - SaaS & Tech Deals

ActiveCampaign, Inc.

ActiveCampaign in Chicago, IL seeks a Commercial Counsel to partner with the business and report to the General Counsel. You will refine contracts and lead negotiations for customer, vendor, and partner agreements. The ideal candidate has a JD, active State Bar membership, 3+ years in transactional or corporate law (SaaS/tech preferred).
