We are seeking a dedicated Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, APRN, NP-C, FNP-BC, etc), Physician Assistant/Associate (PA-C), Naturopath (ND, NMD), Medical Doctor (MD, DO) to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate needs to want to help people with chronic illness (POTS, Dysautonomia, Long Covid, Lyme Disease, Vascular Compressions, Immunological problems, Autoimmune Disease, NeuroImmune disorders); with experience in one of the following areas: Internal Medicine or Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Immunology, Rheumatology, Osteopathic Medicine. With sat least 1+ years of experience with chronic illness as listed above.

If Candidate is a PA-C, must have minimum of 5-7 years experience due to this office being owned and operated by a PA-C, state regulations require minimum experience to not practice under a supervising physician.

The candidate must also be willing to become FMCSA medical provider, CDL/DOT Certified if not already certified.

This is a Hybrid Cash Pay/Direct Care Clinic, that no longer accepts any form of insurance.

We are an outpatient clinic that offers an on call model that often responds to texts and phone calls after hours. However, there is no rounding in hospitals for call.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, often with extended time office visits, offering more time to patients for education and questions.

The ideal candidate must be willing to start part-time and build their practice and move to full time, or be willing to start with a salary based upon collections in order to allow growth and prove effectiveness along with covering some form of the upfront cost of employment. As this is a small clinic and small staff, we are not in a position to spend a year training and creating growth with someone, but rather need someone that can truly run with their responsibilities and provide confidence and growth within a few months.

*Duties*

- Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations, including CDL/DOT Physicals

- Perform in office procedures such as joint injections, nail removals/ablations, simple derm procedures (sutures, biopsies, etc), vitamin or antibiotic injections, simple testing.

- Manage acute and chronic illnesses

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care

- Manage and dive into depth of chronic illness, think 'outside the box', and provide empathy along with direction for patients who have lost confidence in the healthcare system.

*Qualifications*

- Must have previous experience, preferably 5+ years

- Experience with other treatments like Botox, Stem Cells, PRP is a plus

- Capable of lifting and transferring patients when necessary (Rare)

- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills

- Certification as a Provider (NP, PA, ND, MD, DO)

- Willing to and desire to handle complex chronic illness
