ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 after building a long career with State Farm that began in 1990, including time as an Agency Field Specialist. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the industry and a true appreciation for what it takes to build an office that supports both customers and team members the right way.
Outside of the office, Im a proud owner of three dachshunds, and Im always up for a good puzzle I love anything that keeps my mind busy. Giving back is also important to me, and our agency stays involved through organizations like the Patriot Parent Association and Toys for Tots.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jennifer Warren - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
