Construction Project Manager

We are supporting a construction Project Manager opportunity in Houston focused on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. The role would involve managing projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, and taking responsibility for programme, budget, procurement and client communication. Salary: $130,000-$180,000 base, depending on experience. Job Specifications Manage the construction delivery of water and wastewater projects. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors and project reporting. Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, owners and municipal stakeholders. Resolve delivery issues and maintain project quality and safety standards. Key Requirements Project management experience with a water/wastewater or heavy civil contractor. Experience with treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines or related municipal infrastructure. Strong commercial and subcontractor management skills.
