Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our small, family-friendly pediatrics unit. This role involves providing care for pediatric patients ranging from neonates to 17 years of age. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing staffing needs within the department.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Previous experience in pediatrics is preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
