Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job description:

Our client is seeking a Lead Maintenance Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity within a fastpaced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading maintenance operations, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance staff in troubleshooting equipment issues
Use eMaint to schedule and assign maintenance tasks
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and test production machinery
Manage parts inventory and coordinate with vendors
Operate machine shop tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses)
Support general facility and building maintenance
Maintain a safe, clean, compliant work environment
Experience w/ Presses or Flexographic Presses a plus, not required.
Qualifications

Associate degree or technical training preferred
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repair skills
Fork truck and scissor lift experience
Electrician certification a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment

Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and loud noise; PPE may be required
